YOUTH

Age:

(8 - 12) 

This program is designed to build the foundation for athleticism.  We focus on movement technique, coordination, speed and agility. Each concept is applied in a fun & positive training environment. We designed this class to prepare you for our High School program.

Our program is committed to giving you the highest level of athletic resources. Each individualized program is tailored to maximize potential and prepare you for the next level. This is one piece that will set you apart from the competition.

Athletes train during the summer/winter breaks. It is essential that these periods of opportunity are taken seriously. Escaping from the mental and physical demands of a student athlete presents a time to invest in your performance.
